I moved to Clermont a few years ago to become a better professional triathlete. I race professionally at the 70.3 and ironman distance. Marathon pacing has been a great way to experience and see Florida. I love to help others achieve their running goals and it is going to be a day to make it happen. Come run with me for a 1:45 finishing time!

My son got me in to running thanks to him I use it as a meditation as a counselor as a medicine and of course as a sport. Running makes me happy.

Originally from Brooklyn, this local kindergarten teacher loves to run! Ada has run multiple BDR races and will now pace the 2:15 group.

Hello Runners! My name is Dave Lehman. I started running track and cross country in high school and have ran several races over the years. Since moving to Florida I have trained with the Speedsters of Fort Myers and I’m really proud to be part of their group! I am also a ambassador for Fit2Run in Naples! I’m excited to be a pacer and if I can help just one person reach their goal it would really make my race! Happy running!

I’m super excited to be your pacer again this year!
I’ve been running 6 years and it has been a journey that has taken me to some fabulous destinations and given me some the best friendships. I run with Crohn’s, I’m a 2 time marathoner, 1 time Dopey Challenge Finisher, and everything in between as far as races. I’ll see you on the course.

I’m Tyler Haas, happily pacing the 3:00 13.1 mile race. I’m an avid Galloway method runner, having completed 7 13.1’s and 2 26.2’s (and innumerable training runs!) using some variation of run-walk-run. Helping you to reach your goals and hopefully have some fun will be my plan for BDR Cape Coral!
